There are so many resources and websites where you can find some recipes, but what will (hopefully) make this blog special - a complex approach to a tasty AND healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, sports, relaxation and some general tipps. Here's one recipe for today (since I'm a vegetarian and I work out a lot, I try to find some tasty vegetarian variations of most of the dishes that are nutritious to get maximum of all the proteins, minerals, etc. out of it):

Salmon Assorti Carpaccio with spices (herbs, chili, garlic, pepper)

Ingredients

- 300 gr of salmon

- half a lemon

- spices (I usually use Gyros /greek mix of spices with paprika, coriander, oregano, cumin, pepper, garlic and onion/ or Italian herbal mix, chili). I prefer the variation with no salt since there's a certain amount of it in fish anyway and I just appreciate its natural flavour.

All you need is to squeeze the lemon evenly onto the thin slices of salmon (ideally cut with a very sharp knife) or use a kitchen brush, sprinkle with spices and leave for at least couple of hours.

You can make a sandwich with it - I recommend some wholemeal bread with some farmer cheese and basil.
